Description

Roque de Los Muchachos – 4 or 7 hours (with driver without guide)

The ascent is fascinating in itself, as you traverse through several different climate zones ranging from subtropical to high mountain climate. At 2.426 m you can expect a breathtaking panorama: All of La Palma spreads out below you and it is also possible to see the neighboring islands and their rocky formations on clear days.

Departure from your desired location to the highest point of the island, the Roque de los Muchachos. This route can be done in two different ways:

  1. Our tour starts in the east. On our way to the highest point of the island we stop at various viewpoints. The return journey takes the same route.
    Duration: 4 hours
  2. The route starts in the east as well. The return journey will lead us towards the westside and the center of the island. We cross many municipalities, like Garafía, Puntagorda, Tijarafe and Tazacorte.
    Duration: 7 hours
